Sooo, this little guy is kinda neat. Most of these parts are interchangeable with a Morini M1. (Clutch, ignition, sprocket, etc.) This engine came on KTM 50's and LEM 50's. It is very Italian with a lot of fun parts. I bought this a few years ago with plans to mount it on something small. These engines make 10HP stock which is pretty awesome. The ignition is a Selettra CDI, The KTM 50 clutch is bolt and go, PHBG intake with 4 pedal reed block, kickstart, etc.

I think the S5-GS with that carb set up is 9-10hp. Awesome little engines, and china has a bunch of knock-off clone parts availible for these engines on ebay. Actually it think china started remaking PHBG carbs mainly for this market but then moped dudes took that and ran with it for their own applications.
Sorry sent the message before I read anything really needed that engine if anyone can help me out I'm rebuilding my son's KTM sxr Pro Junior with the S5 GS engine I'm doing a full rebuild of the entire bike can't find the crank so I was looking around and seeing this I just jumped if you have another one or can find one I'm very interested sorry for the mix-up on dates ..lol
